BlueOnyx
Our method

Understand first. Automate second.

Four steps to transform your operations without disrupting your organisation. No two-year IT project: a first measurable result quickly, then continuous improvement.

The essentials

What does a Blue Onyx project look like?

A Blue Onyx project follows four steps. First, understand: we analyse how your business actually works (trade, tools, working habits, constraints, objectives). Then identify: we map the bottlenecks and time sinks, with a single guiding question: what problem are we solving? Next, design and deploy in stages: the solution is delivered progressively, and each stage is secured, measured and corrected before moving to the next. No two-year project with zero value before delivery. Finally, support over time: your needs evolve, and the solutions evolve with you. Every engagement is individually quoted, after a free assessment of about 30 minutes that also defines how the expected return will be measured. We build around your existing software, and never replace it.

Four steps

From your business to a measured result.

01

Understand

We analyse how your company actually works: trade, tools, working habits, constraints, objectives, exchanges between teams. Nothing is automated before it is understood.

02

Identify

We map the bottlenecks and time sinks. Every lead is judged on one simple criterion: the time or revenue it can give back to your teams.

03

Design and deploy in stages

A tailor-made solution, delivered progressively. Each stage is secured, measured, corrected and improved before moving to the next. You see a first result quickly.

04

Support over time

Your needs evolve, markets change, technology moves forward. We remain your point of contact and keep the solutions evolving with your company.

The guiding question

What problem are we solving? Never: what technology are we going to sell?

What this method avoids

The two-year IT project that produces no value before delivery. We aim for a fast, measurable result, then continuous improvement. Each next stage only starts once the previous one has kept its promises.

Our commitments

Six principles that never change.

Time and revenue, not AI

AI is never the end goal. The deliverable is hours recovered, errors avoided, shorter lead times, additional revenue.

Tailor-made, never standard

An industrial SMB doesn't work like an accounting firm. We sell no universal solution: everything starts from your real processes.

Built around your tools

Sage, Microsoft 365, your CRM or your line-of-business software: we integrate, we don't replace. Nobody starts from scratch, nobody is forcibly retrained.

Humans keep the decision

AI prepares, analyses, sorts, drafts, searches, compares. Final validation always belongs to your teams. We only automate what should be automated.

A French team you can reach

You know who works on your project and who will answer you. Your direct contact is the person who designs the solution, not an anonymous platform.

A maturity that reassures

GDPR compliance, human validation, progressive ramp-up, and limits stated clearly. Against promises of “magic” automation, technical honesty builds trust.

Your objections

The questions we hear before starting.

No. We don't replace your staff: we give them time back. AI takes on the repetitive tasks (follow-ups, re-typing, sorting requests), and your teams keep the decisions and the customer relationship. After a few weeks, it's often the employees themselves who ask to go further.

No, quite the opposite. We build around what you already use: Sage, Microsoft 365, your CRM, your line-of-business software. No migration, no heavy retraining, no imposed change of habits.

We move in short stages, with a first measurable result quickly. No two-year project before the first gain: the initial scope is deliberately small, secured and measured, and its result is what triggers the next step.

GDPR compliance is handled from the design stage: the data scope is defined with you, human validation covers the sensitive points, and people interacting with an AI agent are clearly informed, in line with European regulations.

Before starting, we define together the time or volume the automation must save. That measurement, not an impression, is what validates each stage and triggers the next.

Because you talk directly to the people who design your solution, and you can reach them on the phone. Compare that with the level of access you would get from a large integrator. And we never make a promise we don't know how to keep.

The first step: 30 minutes, free.

A conversation to map your processes and spot where automation has the most value, and where it has none. No commitment.
